The decision as to the acceptance of a company into EPSC membership rests with the Management Board.
EPSC membership / fee payment runs per calendar year (January 1 - December 31). The membership will become effective upon receipt of the first membership fee payment. After this, the membership will automatically renew at the end of the year for another 12 months.
Full members are in most cases manufacturing companies (asset owners).
Annual fee (excl. VAT) is based on global turnover of the organisation:
€2,000 for turnover up to €300M
€4,000 for turnover up to €600M
€6,000 for turnover up to €900M
€8,000 for turnover up to €1200M
€9,500 for turnover €1500M and above
Associates are generally non manufacturing companies or other organisations (solution providers). They receive the same information as full members, including:
Associates’ representatives do not attend the General Meetings (Technical Meetings) nor participate in EPSC Working Groups or Contact Groups unless specifically invited.
The annual fee (excl. VAT) for associates is €1,000.
Membership cancellation for the following year must be in writing and is possible until 30 September (three months notice until the end of the year).
